REFUNDS & RETURNS

Automatic refunds: 

• Our process requires matches to have been “live scored”. If you have provided a link to a match that hasn’t been live scored, we will automatically refund the transaction, and inform you via email. 

If you change your mind: 

• Once you make your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order. Once the team begins work on your MVP decision, you will receive a second email informing you that work has begun. Once work has begun, refund requests will not be accepted. 

• If you change your mind after purchasing, please contact us via email quoting your order number as quickly as possible. If work has not yet begun on your MVP decision, we will be happy to issue a full refund.
